• You, the customer, are responsible for inspecting and removal of all packaging materials.
• There is a +$150 delivery fee for all LIFTGATE deliveries
• There is a +$120 delivery fee for all inside deliveries
• There is a +$250 delivery fee for all residential deliveries
• There is a +$300 delivery fee for all state of New York deliveries
• There is a +$300 delivery fee for all Canadian deliveries

RACK ACCESSORY SHIPPING

• All accessories purchased without a rack will ship GROUND service.
• Expedited shipping is available for smaller items, contact us 877-307-7225 for a rate.
• All accessories purchased with a rack will ship inside the cabinet.

RETURNS and WARRANTY

Refurbished/Used: All items come with a 30 day warranty. Within these 30 days you have the option to return merchandise for a full refund minus original shipping costs if you are unsatisfied with the purchase.  There is a 20% re-stocking fee for any items returned after the 10 days.  All sales are final after 30 days.  Please understand that we are willing to work with you under any circumstance, but these terms will be applied at all times. 

New: All items come with a 1YR warranty.  We will repair or replace any item that fails or does not meet UL standards.  All items are UL certified and follow QC procedures prior to releasing into the open marketplace.  Contact support with any questions.
