- FLAT RATE price listed is to a business / commercial address in the lower 48 continental united states
- Lift gate service is NOT included on all LTL shipments. If you do not have a loading dock, please let us know.
- Item(s) will be dropped off curbside, or at dock level if available.
- You, the customer, are responsible for inspecting and removal of all packaging materials.
- There is a +$150 delivery fee for all LIFTGATE deliveries
- There is a +$120 delivery fee for all inside deliveries
- There is a +$250 delivery fee for all residential deliveries
- There is a +$300 delivery fee for all state of New York deliveries
- There is a +$300 delivery fee for all Canadian deliveries
If we are shipping to HAWAII or ALASKA please contact us for delivery fees. If you make a purchase without contacting us, we will contact you with the shipping costs. These areas have a much higher transit cost than normal. Please understand we are not in the freight business, and pass on our discounted rates to you.
SHIP ON YOUR ACCOUNT? YES, If you wish to use your carrier for ground orders please provide the Carrier Name, and Account #. Please include any special delivery instructions during check-out.
If you wish to ship on your freight account, please allow us to provide you with the weight and dimensions for your order, and you will provide the BOL. We will inform you of the pickup hours.

The customer is responsible for INSPECTING all shipments. We encourage you to fully inspect the item(s) during delivery. If you are purchasing a large lot that requires a TRUCKLOAD, you must have a forklift or loading dock to unload. Truckload orders do not come with lift gates.
RACK ACCESSORY SHIPPING
- All accessories purchased without a rack will ship UPS GROUND service.
- Expedited shipping is available for smaller items, contact us 877-307-7225 for a rate.
- All accessories purchased with a rack will ship inside the cabinet.
